Go to Users > Classes > Add class
On the Home page, select Courses and Classes.
If you are a district administrator or district staff member, use the School drop-down list on the Courses and Classes page to choose the school that you want to work in.
Select the course that includes the class you want to change.
The next page will list the Complete and Incomplete classes in the course. (Incomplete classes are missing the primary teacher, students, or assigned products.) If necessary, select the tab that you need.
Do one of the following:
On the tab that you chose in step 4, find the class and select Add/Remove Students in the Actions column.
The Add/Remove Students page will list the students who are currently enrolled in the class (if any).
Save
Login to AR as Librarian or Teacher
Select Couses and Classes
Selec your class
Look for your class in the Incomplete Tab
Click on the Class name
Select the "Accelerated Reader" box
Save
Assigning Team Teachers to a Class
Team teachers can be added to a class so that they can see the class information and work with the class in your Renaissance Place products. The primary teacher is the main teacher for the class, but team teachers can also work with the class, and if you choose a team teacher as the Lead teacher for a product, that teacher will be listed on reports for that product.
To add or remove team teachers for an existing class, follow the steps below. You can only add team teachers if the class already has a primary teacher and products selected.
On the Home page, select Courses and Classes.
Select the name of the course you want to view.
On the course information page, find the class on one of the tabs (Complete Classes or Incomplete Classes). Note that you can only add team teachers for incomplete classes if they have a primary teacher and products assigned.
Do one of the following:
On the Add/Remove Team Teachers page, to add team teachers, follow these steps:
Enter the teacher's first and/or last name .
Select Search.
In the search results, find the teacher that you want to add and select Assign .
The teacher will be added to the Product Access and Lead table on the right. Check the teacher's name under each product that the teacher needs to see data for . If the team teacher is actually the lead teacher for a product, select the Lead option for that teacher . Note that only one teacher per class (primary or team) can be the Lead teacher for a product; the Lead for each product is the teacher whose name appears on class reports for that product.
Repeat these steps to add more team teachers.

On the Home page, select Users.
Select View Personnel.
Search for the person who needs a lock cleared.
To retrieve a list of all personnel, do not enter any search criteria and skip to step 4. (For school administrators, this will find all personnel who are assigned to your school.)
Type the person's first and/or the last name in the appropriate blank fields. You do not need to type the entire name if you are not sure how it is spelled; the software can perform a partial search. You can also select the person's school from the School drop-down list.
Since only active personnel are likely to have locked records, you do not need to include inactive or un-assigned personnel in the search.
Select Search.
The personnel members who match your search will be listed. Click Select next to the person's name. (If the list is long, you may need to select Next >> and << Previous to move forward and back through the list.) If some personnel are listed twice because they have multiple assignments, you can click Select next to either listing.
On the View Personnel page, select Unlock Account. This will clear the lock and the person will be able to log in again. The Account Status will change to "OK."
Please login to your campus MackinVia page. To find your Campus MackinVia please login to Destiny and Click in the MackinVia link.

Clearing Locks for Students
On the Home page, select Users.
Select Clear Locked Students.
The Clear Locked Students page lists all students whose records are locked.
If the list is long, it will be split into more than one page; select Next >> and << Previous to move forward and back through the list.
To narrow the list to a certain student or group of students, type the first name, last name, ID, and/or grade in the appropriate blank fields (school personnel and teachers can also choose the class). Select Search.

User Names and Passwords
On the Home page, select Users.
Select View Students.
Select a school if you have the School drop-down list. Then, select or enter information about the students you want to find. You can select just the school to see all students in the school, or you can select a grade or class or enter information about a specific student. Then, select Search.
In the search results, select the Passwords tab to see student user names and passwords.
You can print the page of results you are viewing by selecting on the right. (If more than 50 students are in the results, select to go to the next page of results or to go to the previous page; you can print one page of results at a time.)

Viewing Personnel
Personnel who are assigned to multiple schools or to a school and the district will be listed more than once. Be sure to select the location for which you want to view the person's information.
On the Home page, select Users.
Select View Personnel.
Search for the person whose information you want to view.
To retrieve a list of all personnel, don't enter any search criteria and skip to step 4. (If you are a school administrator, this only finds personnel in your school.)
Type the person's first and/or the last name in the appropriate blank fields. You do not need to enter complete information; the software can perform partial matches.
You can also select the person's school by using the School drop-down list.
If you want your search to include personnel who are not assigned to any school or the district or personnel who are inactive because they were deleted, check the Show Inactive/Unassigned Personnel Records box.
Select Search.
The people who matched your search will be listed at the bottom of the page. Click Select next to the person's name. (If the list is long, you may see only a part of the list; if so, select Next >> and << Previous to move forward and back in the list.)

Logging In
If you have forgotten your user name or password, select Forgot Your User Name or Password? below the Log In button. You can only use this feature if you have previously entered your email address on the Login Settings page and verified the address.
User names and passwords are not case-sensitive, but if your CAPS LOCK is engaged, symbols could be substituted for numbers, causing the software not to recognize the user name or password.
Logging In
Select Log In.
You will go to the Home page.
Note: Students must use an "S" before their district ID in the username and use district ID as password.
Teachers: Please ask your librarian for your username andpassword.
Editing Personnel
On the Home page, select Users.
Select View Personnel.
Enter namd and lastname, is ok to enter partiall information.
Select Search.
The personnel who matched your search will be listed at the bottom of the page. Click Select next to the person's name. (If the list is long, select Next >> and << Previous to move forward and back in the list.)
Click on Edit Personnel record Information,
You can see username ( do not change this )
Password will show as dots only, you can overwrite the new password over the dots
Select "User must change password at next login"
Save
Use the same Username and Password for all TexQuest databases.

Viewing Courses
On the Home page, select Courses and Classes.
Viewing Courses Complete classes have a primary teacher assigned, products selected, and students enrolled, so they are ready to use your software. Incomplete classes are missing a primary teacher, products, or students.
The Courses and Classes page lists the courses that have been added. Select the course that you want to view.
The course page shows you more information about the course you selected, including the Complete and Incomplete classes that have been added so far.
Incomplete courses must be completed in order for students lo test, please add Service, Teacher or enroll students to complete the courses.
